Hi Everyone,

I’m Emily Janice Miller, a Jersey girl born and raised. I have been involved in theater ever since I was cast as Annie in the second grade and realized that people will applaud you for playing pretend. After training in dance, gymnastics, acting, and modeling, I attended high school at the Academy for Visual & Performing Arts in Denville, NJ where I concentrated in Multimedia and Film Studies and minored in Theater.

In 2010, I enrolled at Drew University in Madison, NJ, where I double majored in Theatre Arts and History and minored in European Studies.  I graduated in May 2014 Cum Laude, and throughout my four years at Drew, I performed as an actor as well as working as a dramaturg and director. 

I have lived and studied internationally in the United Kingdom, concentrating on studying Shakespeare and British History. I have interned at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Tada! Youth Theater Company and The Pearl Theatre Company which has helped me develop a love and passion for classical work.
